We have been customers of Genghis Grill in Fort Worth since it opened, and Saturday was the first time I walked out and did not accept my food. I was very disappointed in the selections that were offered and the condition of the fish and shrimp (smelly). Also, the lack of fresh vegetables no bean sprouts or bell peppers and no 'wonton strips'. when I had the nerve to complain the manager came over and just said that this was a corporate decision and that they were catering to the clientele. I asked if this was still an asian themed restaurant and I don't think that he understood what that meant. The manager's name was Antonio. And, lastly the manager claimed I was a racist as I obviously cannot express my disappointment in the restaurant. The restaurant is also in poor condition and needs a 'face lift' Please respond to fegratch@***.net or to 817723****. None of your customer service numbers are working. Thank you, Frances Gratch

User's recommendation: Until now we have always had a wonderful experience just pay attention to what you are being offered, also Genghis Grill customer service does not answer for any of their offices and some of their stores are franchises and not owned by the company though I cannot determine which ones.

This is a public internet forum, yet you tried to publicly post your email and phone number. Thankfully, this site partially blocked you from doing so. The man sounds like a jerk and he needs to realize that calling someone a racist is a serious accusation and not something he can just toss out at will.
The manager understood what you meant. It is just he realized you were a dusty boomer who peaked in the late 80’s and don’t matter anymore. In calling you racist he just wants to make sure you do not come back.
Every time I see you call someone a boomer, I always think it's funny because you make me think YOU are a boomer. You come across as a curmudgeonly old man.
